About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage, process, organize, and transfer BIM and project data across multiple applications, platforms, and stakeholders
- Perform BIM model validation, data quality control, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate and compliant model delivery
- Execute 2D drafting using AutoCAD and manage BIM data exporting, conversion, and interoperability between systems
- Develop and manage clash detection rulesets and coordination workflows across design and construction projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- 4+ years of experience in BIM and data management
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Aconex
- Strong skills in BIM model validation and clash detection coordination
