BIM Modeller, Architectural Design

Responsibilities

• Perform BIM modelling for architectural projects under the direction of a BIM Lead or Architect
• Ensure all drawings and models adhere to company BIM standards and office procedures
• Maintain model and drawing accuracy based on project workflow criteria and checklists
• Complete all production tasks on schedule and report progress regularly to leadership
• Manage exported information by ensuring it is recorded in the correct directories
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on large-scale projects
• Support various design stages including Concept, Schematic, Detail Design, and Tender documentation
• Perform QAQC on modelled elements to ensure high-quality outputs
• Participate in and support the company’s SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) protocols

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency in Revit (BIM), AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Proven ability to produce detailing and tender documentation drawings
• Experience working within a team of modelers, architects, and engineers
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using BIM 360
• Proficiency in ProjectWise
