BIM Modeler

Responsibilities

• Study and produce technical plans for structures in accordance with technical and architectural solutions
• Analyze BIM charters and ensure compliance with environmental, thermal, and fire standards
• Design principle details and identify technical anomalies
• Produce BIM models and extract sections and details using CAD/DAO/BIM/3D software
• Perform layout (calepinage) to establish material quantities and estimates
• Update plans based on site modifications and provide technical support to site managers
• Compile and transmit the As-Built Documentation (DOE) to the client

Requirements

• Bac+2/+3 degree in CAO/DAO
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a design office within the building envelope sector
• Mandatory mastery of AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and analytical mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Dynamo
• Knowledge of Rhinoceros 3D
• BIM expertise
