BIM Modeler

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and integrate executive housing projects using BIM methodology.
• Create Revit models for housing prototypes and perform engineering coordination to detect interferences.
• Develop technical folders containing executive plans and detailed material quantification tables.
• Manage and maintain the catalog of families, templates, and parameters.
• Ensure information control and versioning within Drive and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Coordinate with external firms for subcontracted projects, including structural and electrical calculation reports.
• Collaborate with various departments including Housing Coordination, Structural Engineering, Cost Analysis, and Purchasing.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology for executive plans and material quantification.
• 3 years of experience in advanced Revit Architectural and MEP modeling (LOD 450).
• Technical expertise in hydro-sanitary, gas, and electrical installations.
• Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD and Office suite.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience working collaboratively on BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Strong understanding of current construction regulations and municipal/state/federal norms.
• High attention to detail, precision, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in structural modeling using Revit (LOD 350).
• Experience in cost and budget areas, specifically in material quantification.
• Intermediate proficiency in Navisworks.
• Basic knowledge of Dynamo and Autodesk Takeoff.
