BIM MEP Modeler

Responsibilities

• Create BIM models for MEP and HVAC up to LOD 450
• Perform clash detection for coordination
• Prepare MEP building services layouts
• Coordinate with engineers to prepare design drawings and construction details
• Check drawings for discrepancies and perform necessary corrections
• Provide spot details and shop drawings for plan clarity
• Coordinate MEP drawings with architectural and structural models
• Create render views and walkthrough videos from models
• Use engineering sizing tools for pipes, ducts, and cables
• Conduct site visits for area measurement and as-built purposes
• Extract BOQs and schedules for all MEP components

Requirements

• Diploma in an engineering field (mechanical preferred)
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Plant 3D
• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection
• Strong engineering background in mechanical and electrical fields
• Knowledge of MEP and HVAC system components
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
