About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop BIM mechanical models using Revit for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
- Prepare detailed and accurate shop drawings for mechanical systems
- Coordinate with site and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project alignment
- Review and update BIM models according to project standards and specifications
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks
- Support project delivery through technical coordination and problem-solving
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and construction documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3–4 years of experience in mechanical systems design and coordination
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Experience with Navisworks
- Experience in preparing mechanical shop drawings
- Good understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
