BIM Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the BIM process at organisational, programme and project level
• Develop BIM requirements including OIRs, AIRs, EIRs, and PIRs
• Implement BIM strategy and manage project setup
• Execute BIM information management and supply chain management
• Perform BIM compliance checking and data verification
• Lead model assurance activities and chair BIM workshops
• Manage teams of BIM coordinators

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in BIM management for AEC projects
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Advanced skills in Revit, Navisworks, or similar BIM authoring tools
• Proficiency in data visualisation software like Power BI or Tableau
• Strong understanding of ISO19650 standards
• Excellent command of English (Level C1 Advanced)
• Experience in BIM documentation such as BEP, EIR, and AIR
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Consultancy background with client-facing experience
• Experience in data management and dashboard creation
• Knowledge of quality management in complex construction projects
• Ability to deliver training to stakeholder groups
