BIM Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the BIM process at organisational, programme, and project levels
• Develop BIM requirements including OIRs, AIRs, EIRs, and PIRs
• Implement BIM strategy, project setup, and execution plans
• Manage BIM information and supply chain processes
• Perform BIM compliance checking and data verification
• Lead model assurance activities and chair BIM workshops
• Manage teams of BIM coordinators

Requirements

• 7+ years of BIM management experience in AEC projects
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Advanced skills in Revit, Navisworks, or similar BIM authoring tools
• Proficiency in data visualisation software like Power BI or Tableau
• Strong understanding of ISO19650 standards
• Excellent command of English (Level C1 Advanced)
• Experience in BIM documentation and requirements development

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the data center sector
• Consultancy background with client-facing experience
• Expertise in data management and dashboard creation
• Knowledge of quality management in complex construction projects
