BIM Manager

Responsibilities

• Enforce the Digital Delivery strategy and champion innovation within the project
• Develop and maintain client BIM documentation aligned with ISO 19650 standards
• Conduct regular BIM Coordination meetings and organize digital workshops to enhance team skills
• Perform inter-disciplinary design checks to ensure integration and accuracy
• Create detailed work process maps to streamline project workflows
• Monitor and track implementation and performance using Power BI and other online tools
• Provide advice and support to the client regarding emerging technologies and asset performance
• Facilitate lessons learned sessions to continuously improve processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• 15 years of experience in BIM/Digital Delivery, specifically working with PAS 1192 / ISO 19650 standards
• Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM360, Navisworks, and Revit
• Strong understanding of digital delivery strategies and emerging technologies in construction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proven leadership and team management skills to guide engineering teams
• Experience in monitoring performance using Power BI and other digital tools
