BIM Manager

Responsibilities

• Setup, configure, and maintain BIM project models and templates for multi-disciplinary coordination
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and perform regular clash detection and interference analysis using Navisworks
• Implement and enforce the Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and ensure adherence to LOD standards
• Oversee the integration of non-graphical asset data to support 4D, 5D, and 6D requirements
• Conduct regular quality control audits on 3D models and 2D documentation to verify accuracy and compliance
• Provide technical support, mentoring, and troubleshooting guidance to engineers and modelers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of dedicated experience in BIM implementation and coordination on large-scale infrastructure or mega-projects
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Ability to be based full-time in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional BIM certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, RICS)
• Experience with Civil 3D, Dynamo, or Bentley MicroStation/OpenBuildings
• Deep understanding of international BIM standards such as ISO 19650 and openBIM principles (IFC, COBie)
• Strong leadership and communication skills to convey technical workflows to non-technical stakeholders
