BIM Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM execution plans (BEP) and maintain standards aligned with ISO 19650.
• Lead the creation, management, and quality control (QC/QA) of 3D models and associated BIM data.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design and construction teams through BIM collaboration.
• Manage the flow of information and ensure accurate data exchange between project phases.
• Provide technical support and training to project team members on BIM software tools.
• Monitor project performance metrics and identify potential BIM-related risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct experience working with BIM.
• Excellent understanding of construction processes and building information modeling principles.
• High degree of knowledge regarding design phases (RIBA or equivalent).
• Ability to manage multiple project workflows and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
• Strong interest in working within an interdisciplinary, collaborative design environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of technical requirements for other disciplines, such as lighting, video, sound, or costume design.
• Demonstrable experience managing projects from pre-concept through to on-site delivery.
• Interest in a story-driven design approach.
