BIM Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM execution plans aligned with project requirements and industry standards
• Manage BIM models ensuring accuracy, coordination, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to integrate BIM workflows effectively
• Conduct clash detection, resolve conflicts, and improve model quality
• Provide BIM training and support to project teams to enhance BIM adoption and capability
• Stay updated with latest BIM technologies, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper data management and digital delivery requirements are met

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in BIM management
• Proven experience with large-scale infrastructure or construction projects
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the Middle East region
• Familiarity with local construction practices
