BIM Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide the design and implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes across design, construction, and delivery stages
• Act as an intermediary between designers, clients, and architects
• Collaborate closely with BIM coordinators to ensure smooth and timely execution of project designs
• Train colleagues on specific BIM software applications
• Prepare reports for the Project Manager regarding BIM implementation
• Stay updated on building technology developments and industry standards
• Coordinate meetings to identify and resolve project design issues
• Oversee BIM budget maintenance

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture
• At least 8 years of proven experience in BIM implementation for complex projects and model development
• Excellent knowledge of software such as Navisworks, Revit, BIM 360, or similar
• Excellent understanding of legal and contractual obligations
• Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
