BIM Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead model coordination and validation across the project team and sub-contractors
• Collaborate with the Project Information Manager to produce and manage the project BIM brief
• Work with multiple stakeholders to manage design risk through federation tools
• Provide training and guidance to team members and the wider project supply chain
• Manage the development of project information aligned with contract requirements

Requirements

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Solibri, and ProjectWise
• Proven experience implementing ISO19650 standards
• Ability to obtain BPSS security clearance
• Must hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country
• Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to nurture collaborative relationships
