BIM Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM strategies aligned with project goals and organizational objectives
• Manage the configuration and administration of Common Data Environments (CDE) for projects
• Lead multidisciplinary BIM execution and delivery, ensuring seamless coordination among team members
• Create and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and related documentation
• Oversee the setup and management of federated models for complex projects
• Conduct regular audits of BIM models and report on BEP compliance
• Curate and manage BIM objects, families, and templates to maintain consistency and quality
• Provide technical support, guidance, and training to project teams on BIM workflows and best practices
• Lead the integration of point cloud surveys and 4D data with Project Information Models

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Design Technology, Construction Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 12 years of industry experience in BIM and Digital Delivery
• Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 19650 framework and related industry BIM standards
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, and InfraWorks
• Experience with Common Data Environment platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud or Bentley ProjectWise
• Expertise in multidisciplinary coordination tools like Autodesk Navisworks, Revizto, or ACC Model Coordination
• Working knowledge of visual programming languages such as Dynamo, Bentley Generative Components, or Grasshopper
• Strong understanding of technical design processes for Transport and Civil Infrastructure disciplines
