BIM & GIS Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as Application Manager for the internal BIM platform, including configuration, user support, and continuous development
• Provide active support to international megaprojects in the application of BIM methodologies
• Develop, maintain, and roll out GIS use cases
• Coordinate BIM and GIS topics in collaboration with central corporate units and operational areas
• Shape collaboration within cross-trade and cross-departmental expert networks
• Create training concepts and conduct training sessions in the fields of BIM and GIS
• Perform technology scouting and pilot AI use cases for BIM and GIS methods

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field (University/FH)
• Alternatively, a completed HTL degree with at least 3 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in current 3D modeling tools such as Revit and Civil3D
• Experience with BIM data management and coordination tools (e.g., ACC, Dalux, Solibri, Desite) is an advantage
• Interest in Geographic Information Systems (GIS); initial experience is a plus
• Competence in configuring digitalization and workflow tools (e.g., Power Automate, Workato)
• Strong German and English language skills (minimum B2 level)
• Independent, responsible, and team-oriented working style
