BIM Fluid Designer

Responsibilities

• Draw complete HVAC, CFO, CFA, or process fluid systems (EXE level) using Revit
• Participate in continuous synthesis during the design phase
• Collaborate daily with engineers to advance models and resolve technical conflicts between lots
• Communicate effectively with the BIM team and engineering management
• Produce 2D presentations according to engineer deliverables and Artelia standards
• Participate in Scan to BIM conversions from point cloud surveys
• Perform occasional site visits and surveys on construction sites

Requirements

• Bac + 2/3 degree in technical fluid network dimensioning
• At least 5 years of experience in Revit modeling with a strong industrial orientation
• Professional proficiency in English
• Experience with EXE level design, level of detail, and methodology
