BIM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Create and develop BIM execution plans to manage project information flow
• Coordinate digital processes related to project design and construction, ensuring digital information accuracy
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and protocols for all involved parties
• Support the design and site teams through BIM deliverables
• Prepare drawings, draft reports, and extract quantity take-offs from models
• Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, civil engineers, and contractors
• Resolve design conflicts and optimize models

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role on complex projects
• Excellent proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage
• Good knowledge of BIM coordination workflows
• Understanding of BIM standards (ISO 19650 preferred)
• Very good command of English (spoken and written)
