BIM Engineer (Joinery)

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and manage detailed 3D BIM models for joinery components and systems
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate joinery designs into broader building models
• Provide technical support for BIM software and tools specific to joinery
• Generate documentation, drawings, and schedules directly from 3D models
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project specifications
• Perform quality checks to ensure model accuracy and completeness
• Support project managers with BIM-related insights and reports
• Prepare ad hoc reports and presentations on BIM progress

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a BIM Engineer in joinery or interior fit-out projects
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM-related software
• Strong understanding of joinery design, detailing, and fabrication workflows
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
