About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop design and construction document packages using Revit, AutoCAD, and related BIM tools
- Support project teams in setting up, organizing, and maintaining BIM models
- Assist with model and data exchange between SWA and other project stakeholders
- Review and support implementation of project BIM Execution Plans
- Coordinate BIM models with consultants and assist with clash detection
- Develop Revit families and project models up to LOD 350
- Mentor less experienced designers in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows
- Contribute to the quality, consistency, and graphic clarity of project drawings
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, architecture, or a related design field
- Professional degree in landscape architecture, architecture, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience producing design and construction documentation in a BIM environment
- Familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Understanding of BIM coordination, model organization, and consultant model exchange
- Strong modeling and drafting skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Navisworks and clash detection
- Knowledge of landscape architecture, site design, grading, and construction documentation
