BIM Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain 2D and 3D drawings and models using AutoCAD Plant 3D, Civil 3D, and Revit
• Support multi-disciplinary layouts including equipment, general arrangement plans, and civil drawing support
• Maintain CAD standards across projects and ensure high accuracy and quality
• Support BIM and digital delivery workflows including model cleanup, coordination, and standardization
• Assist with automation and efficiency improvements using Python, PowerShell, or AutoLISP
• Prepare drawings and models for design reviews, construction, and field execution
• Maintain organized project files, templates, and documentation
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and external consultants
• Assist with laser scanning registration from LiDAR and SLAM based scanners

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a CAD Designer, CAD Drafter, BIM Designer, or similar role
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience with Civil 3D or Plant 3D preferred
• Experience working on industrial, mining, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects preferred
• Ability to work across multiple disciplines
