BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Act as a key link in projects, managing BIM coordination across multiple disciplines and communicating across all project levels.
• Map specific project needs for BIM and develop strategies, control documents, and implementation plans.
• Participate in creating delivery specifications and developing digital construction processes.
• Plan and quality-assure model coordination and related processes.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and CAD kickoff meetings.
• Review deliveries based on information content and quality standards.
• Provide training to the project organization and mentor colleagues on BIM-related issues.
• Manage project communication platforms and information exchange.
• Implement digital construction processes in production.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in BIM coordination.
• University degree in building technology, civil engineering, or a similar field.
• Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken) is required.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience with industry tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Solibri.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working as a consultant or contractor within design-based operations.
• Knowledge of additional tools such as dRofus, Dalux, Streambim, or Dynamo.
• Experience working with digitalization issues in production.
• Experience managing large framework agreements and long-term client relationships.
