BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist in the transition from CAD to Revit towards true BIM deliverables
• Provide support, mentoring, and troubleshooting for Revit users and BIM procedures
• Set up projects and ensure compliance with delivery and BIM standards
• Perform model audits and checks to ensure compliance with the BIM Execution Plan
• Conduct BIM coordination meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Identify, create, and manage Revit families and details to enhance content libraries
• Participate in BIM project execution planning at project kickoff and milestones
• Provide final quality assurance checks on model quality and drawing graphics
• Document procedures, workflows, and best practices for modeling and data processing
• Help with pilot testing of new BIM applications and add-ins

Requirements

• 5+ years of BIM production experience in Architecture/Engineering
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and MS Office
• Expert knowledge of BIM practices, standards, workflows, and clash detection tools
• Understanding of MEP basics and AEC industry standards
• Experience working with BIM execution plans and multi-disciplinary design approaches
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an AEC-related field
• Autodesk Revit Certified Professional
• CSI Construction Document Technologist Certified
