BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Act as the local representative for the implementation of BIM methodology within the Rolex group
• Manage BIM projects, including planning, monitoring, controlling deliverables, and reporting
• Assess current skill levels and organize necessary training sessions
• Coordinate with the IT department to organize and manage the collaboration platform
• Organize and lead BIM coordination meetings, including kick-offs, clash detection, and quality audits
• Coordinate the digital planning process for building-dominant projects in collaboration with other technical fields

Requirements

• CFC as a building draughtsman (knowledge of HVAC/CVCSE techniques is a plus)
• BIM Coordinator Certificate
• 3-5 years of confirmed experience with BIM tools and Autodesk Revit in a project context
• Ability to structure, analyze, and coordinate complex subjects autonomously
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
