BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and day-to-day management of BIM processes across assigned projects.
• Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist disciplines.
• Perform federated model reviews and clash detection activities.
• Review and track consultant BIM submissions to ensure compliance with project standards and levels of development.
• Assist in the management of the project Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Support the review and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Assist design managers in resolving coordination issues using digital models and coordination tools.
• Prepare and maintain clash detection reports, coordination logs, and model review documentation.
• Participate in technical coordination meetings with consultants and project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in BIM coordination roles.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks Manage, Solibri, and Autodesk Forms (or equivalent).
• Proven experience coordinating digital models across multiple design disciplines.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, information management workflows, and model coordination.
• Experience reviewing BIM deliverables within a Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on large-scale infrastructure, aviation, or transportation projects.
• Previous experience working within the UAE or GCC region.
