BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the BIM Manager and Design Leader in project execution
• Draft and support BIM Execution Plans (BEP), oGI, and pGI
• Coordinate internal teams and external consultants to ensure seamless BIM implementation
• Manage clash detection and model checking activities
• Assist in updating and maintaining company BIM standards
• Participate in project meetings and coordinate with professionals across various business areas and disciplines
• Work across various project types and design levels

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Architecture or Engineering
• Proven experience in BIM model management and the use of digital models during the design phase
• Excellent proficiency in Autodesk Revit, including the ability to create and manipulate Revit families
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks and Nemetschek Solibri
• Familiarity with parametric design environments and Dynamo
• General knowledge of BIM Authoring software and Code & Model Checking functions
• Fluent English communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• A proactive attitude toward learning new digital technologies and innovations
