BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-disciplinary MEP models across major construction projects
• Manage clash detection and resolution processes using Navisworks and Revit
• Support the production of coordinated, buildable models and construction drawings
• Ensure models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ISO 19650 standards
• Manage digital information within Common Data Environments (CDE)
• Produce 2D drawings, sections, schedules, and 3D visuals from coordinated models
• Coordinate subcontractor BIM models and ensure integration into master project models
• Attend coordination meetings, workshops, and project reviews
• Support prefabrication and off-site manufacturing through accurate model coordination

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in a BIM Coordinator or BIM Technician role
• Expertise within the M&E / Building Services sector
• Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage
• Solid understanding of BIM standards and ISO 19650
• Experience working within Common Data Environments (CDE)
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
