BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate BIM processes and technologies for the design and construction of transmission infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and internal/external procedures
• Manage and coordinate BIM standards and project-facing documentation, including BEP and MIDP
• Provide support to project teams on software and tools, specifically Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) modules
• Review BIM model data for conformance with company requirements
• Lead appointed parties in BIM meetings to resolve issues and streamline workflows
• Conduct regular site visits to support design intent, model coordination, and design validation

Requirements

• Qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or a related field
• Several years of experience in a Design, Digital, or BIM-related role within the AEC industry
• Strong familiarity with ISO 19650 standards
• Proficiency in Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Experience with model and data validation using tools such as Solibri or Revizto
• Familiarity with BIM project documentation including BEP and MIDP
• Knowledge of COBie and IFC data formats is beneficial
