BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate digital processes related to the design and construction of the project, ensuring the accuracy of digital information
• Collaborate with the project manager, BIM designers, and other stakeholders to ensure proper information flow management
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and protocols for the project by all involved parties
• Check the formatting of digital files, including Navisworks
• Create and develop BIM execution plans to manage information flow on the project
• Ensure the timely completion of design works within budget and according to quality standards

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Engineering
• 5 years of professional experience in a similar role on complex projects
• Excellent knowledge of BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage
• Certification in BIM management or coordination (e.g., CBC or CCM)
• Excellent knowledge of English (oral & written)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
