About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate fire discipline BIM delivery in line with the BEP, ISO 19650, and client EIRs
- Manage and review fire engineering 3D models and 2D drawings
- Resolve clashes and interface issues with architectural, MEP, and structural disciplines
- Maintain fire component libraries, version control, and data consistency
- Support QA checks, information releases, and project coordination meetings
Requirements
- Experience coordinating BIM models on large-scale infrastructure or construction projects
- Proven fire systems design experience for stations or large commercial projects
- Proficiency with Bentley iTwin Design Review, ProjectWise, OpenBuildings Designer, and MicroStation
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, naming conventions, and information management
- Right to work in the UK
