About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of BIM methodology and coordinate electrical transmission infrastructure projects nationally and internationally
  • Manage BIM projects for high-voltage overhead lines, substations, and underground cabling
  • Coordinate BIM disciplines including civil, electrical, mechanical, structures, and protections
  • Develop and maintain BIM documentation such as BEP, MIDP, MPDT, RACI, and CAD/BIM matrices
  • Manage CDE and collaborative workflows
  • Perform BIM quality control and interference analysis (clash detection, regulatory clearances, and civil alignment)

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
  • Specialized training in BIM methodology (BIM Manager Master's or similar)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the energy or electrical infrastructure sector
  • At least 5 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager in transmission or high-voltage projects
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit (preferably MEP/Structure) and Navisworks
  • Experience managing CDE environments (BIM360/ACC/Forma)
  • Knowledge of electrical sector regulations and ISO 19650 applied to energy infrastructure
  • High level of technical English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with OpenBuildings Designer, Civil 3D, Tekla Structures, or Infraworks
  • BIM automation skills using Dynamo, Python, or Grasshopper
  • Experience with cost tools, rendering, and complex electrical networks or renewable energy projects
