BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM for sanitation projects in support of Project Coordinators and BIM Managers
• Develop projects in Revit ensuring technical standards and modeling quality
• Create and maintain Revit families, templates, and automations
• Provide technical support to project teams using BIM tools like Navisworks, BIM Collab Zoom, and Solibri
• Support model coordination and clash detection between disciplines
• Propose improvements to BIM workflows, standards, and technological tools
• Manage collaborative platforms and Common Data Environments (CDE)

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Urbanism, or Civil Engineering
• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit
• Proven experience in sanitation projects
• Availability to work in Faria Lima, São Paulo/SP

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of CDEs and collaborative platforms
• Experience with BIM coordination and validation tools
• Experience developing BIM libraries and templates
• Knowledge of Power Automate, GIS, Dynamo, or programming languages
