BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordination of model-based collaboration of planning disciplines in integral teams
• Further development of internal BIM standards, guidelines, content tools, and methods
• Responsibility for conducting and organizing BIM coordination meetings
• Setting up, supporting, and optimizing interdisciplinary data exchange
• Communication and cooperation with clients, planners, and project managers

Requirements

• Degree in architecture, civil engineering, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in model-based project execution (open & closed BIM)
• Proficient knowledge of Navisworks, Solibri, Autodesk Revit, or ArchiCAD
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Strong ability for interdisciplinary exchange and independent working style
