BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assess Civil inputs for quality and usability to support subsystem design development
• Create models using Autodesk Civil 3D and Revit
• Develop Dynamo scripts to support and automate design processes
• Ensure all subsystem BIM models comply with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
• Coordinate between various subsystems and civil partners on the project
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of the federated model
• Ensure proper use and updates of BIM guidelines and processes throughout the design lifecycle
• Participate in process improvement workgroups and propose enhancements to reference libraries and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent education
• BIM and/or AutoCAD Certification
• 5+ years of BIM coordination experience on complex projects
• Proficiency with Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and GIS
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for collaborating with customers and partners
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
