About the role
Responsibilities
- Repair and replace body parts and perform sheet metal and frame straightening
- Perform welding, gluing, and riveting according to safety regulations
- Assemble and disassemble vehicle parts in connection with repairs
- Use modern measuring and repair tools and document work in workshop systems
- Collaborate with damage estimators, painters, and other colleagues for efficient workflow
- Ensure repairs meet high standards for quality and safety
- Contribute to an organized, safe, and service-oriented work environment
Requirements
- Vehicle education or several years of experience in bodywork and sheet metal work
- Valid B-driver's license
- Documented experience in bodywork and sheet metal work
- Structured, responsible, and a good team player
- Solution-oriented and flexible
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience from the damage industry or working with premium vehicles
- Experience with assembly/disassembly and basic mechanics
- Experience with welding and use of measuring equipment
