Responsibilities

• Repair and replace body parts and perform sheet metal and frame straightening
• Perform welding, gluing, and riveting according to safety regulations
• Assemble and disassemble vehicle parts in connection with repairs
• Use modern measuring and repair tools and document work in workshop systems
• Collaborate with damage estimators, painters, and other colleagues for efficient workflow
• Ensure repairs meet high standards for quality and safety
• Contribute to an organized, safe, and service-oriented work environment

Requirements

• Vehicle education or several years of experience in bodywork and sheet metal work
• Valid B-driver's license
• Documented experience in bodywork and sheet metal work
• Structured, responsible, and a good team player
• Solution-oriented and flexible

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from the damage industry or working with premium vehicles
• Experience with assembly/disassembly and basic mechanics
• Experience with welding and use of measuring equipment
