Responsibilities

• Perform sheet metal repairs including hammering, stretching, welding, riveting, and sheet metal reconstruction
• Shape, adapt, and install sheet metal parts and work with newly manufactured panels
• Collaborate with the paint workshop and damage inspection for assessment, planning, and work orders
• Conduct quality control of completed work to ensure vehicles meet safety and aesthetic requirements
• Document work in the workshop system and follow schedules
• Contribute to a safe work environment by following routines and maintaining workshop order

Requirements

• Education in vehicle technology/sheet metal work or equivalent professional experience
• Documented experience in sheet metal work on passenger or transport vehicles, including welding and assembly
• Knowledge of modern repair methods, materials, and workshop safety requirements
• Meticulous, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented
• Ability to collaborate in a team and work independently
• Swedish language proficiency in speaking and writing
• B-driver's license is meritorious or required depending on scope
