Billing Technology Lead - Vice President

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Billing Transformation Program to modernize billing technology and processes on the ORMB platform
• Oversee end-to-end delivery across requirements, architecture, design, testing, implementation, and transition to BAU
• Manage ORMB modules, client onboarding setup, and transaction data integration across multiple systems
• Track program economics, budgets, scope, timelines, risks, SLAs, and KPIs
• Mentor and coordinate internal teams, vendor resources, and technology partners to ensure successful delivery
• Drive automation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across billing operations

Requirements

• 20+ years of technology leadership experience in large-scale billing or enterprise transformation programs
• Extensive hands-on experience with ORMB, OUAF, and CCB
• Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, SQL, Oracle databases, and advanced PL/SQL
• Proven full life-cycle project delivery experience in consulting or IT services environments
• Strong leadership in talent management, vendor management, and stakeholder communication
• Ability to analyze operational challenges and translate complex solutions for technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OAS, AWS fundamentals, BI Publisher, Shell scripting, and Autosys
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and MIS reporting
• Experience building cross-skilling and upskilling plans for technical teams
