Billing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the transfer and centralization of billing processes and tasks
• Manage a team of agents, including performance audits, 1:1 conversations, and follow-ups
• Perform KPI analysis and prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Create and maintain internal work instructions, training materials, and departmental procedures
• Oversee personnel selection, initial onboarding, and continuous training for new hires
• Ensure strict compliance with operational standards, quality requirements, and GDPR
• Coordinate with various business areas to ensure process alignment and continuous improvement
• Actively participate in digitalization and task automation projects to drive digital transformation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience in a similar role
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Contact Center environment
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management
• Fluency in German and proficiency in either English or Portuguese
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with CRM and telephony/call management platforms
• Availability to work rotation shifts, including Saturdays and bank holidays
