Billing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage, control, and monitor critical billing activities to ensure correct functioning and mitigate operational risks or errors.
• Ensure compliance and regular updates of billing processes at a national level.
• Facilitate solutions for any incidents occurring within the billing process and define guidelines for involved departments.
• Lead and execute testing for new projects and system improvements within the billing infrastructure.
• Prepare and collect information regarding prices, discounts, and fees to ensure accurate document issuance and avoid tax contingencies.
• Support additional functions as delegated by the direct supervisor.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Engineering, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Management, Administration, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate knowledge of Power BI.
• Intermediate English language skills.
• Proven experience in managing and controlling billing processes to ensure timely collections.
• Minimum professional experience: 2 years as an Analyst, 1 year as a Supervisor, or 3 years as an Assistant in transport, planning, or distribution.
• Availability to work 100% onsite at the Mega Dueñas location.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or knowledge using SAP software.
