Billing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Client Services, Sales, and Operations to align billing requirements and issue timely customer invoices.
• Prepare and generate invoices based on specific contracts and customer purchase orders.
• Perform accurate data entry of invoice information into the accounting system.
• Verify invoice completeness and accuracy by reviewing supporting documentation such as timesheets and recharge costs.
• Upload invoices and documentation to client portals, track approval progress, and monitor payments.
• Conduct monthly reviews of unbilled services and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely invoicing.
• Streamline billing processes to optimize efficiency and information flow.
• Support the Financial Controller and Working Capital Manager in achieving Cash Inflow Target (CIT) KPIs.

Requirements

• Finance qualification accompanied by a professional certification (CA, CPA, ACCA, or AGMA).
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in billing and collections from external customers.
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Fluency in English, both written and oral.
• Strong understanding of the full billing cycle and stakeholder responsibilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and manage challenging client interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical outsourcing, manpower supply, facilities management, or consulting industries.
• Hands-on experience with SUN6 Billing/O2C Modules or an equivalent ERP system.
