Billing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Complete hotel invoicing, credit card reconciliations, and client invoicing accurately and promptly
• Resolve hotel and client issues or exceptions
• Review and research hotel statements to ensure accuracy and timely reconciliation
• Maintain necessary electronic files and records
• Handle phone calls regarding billing issues
• Meet established metrics for invoicing quality and timeliness
• Identify risks related to the hotel and client invoicing process
• Collaborate with hotels, clients, and team members to ensure accurate completion of tasks

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
• Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills
