Billing Representative

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate and timely client invoices based on service agreements and contracts
• Ensure compliance with billing policies and procedures
• Verify, classify, and record billing data to maintain accurate financial records
• Organize and maintain billing documentation for audit and reference purposes
• Act as a point of contact for client billing inquiries
• Collaborate with Account Managers to address client billing-related concerns
• Monitor and facilitate the timely receipt of client payments
• Send bill reminders and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Resolve discrepancies and billing issues in coordination with internal teams

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a Billing Representative or in a similar role
• Familiarity with billing processes
• Data entry skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets and billing software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving billing discrepancies
• Customer service orientation
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred
