Billing Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the full billing lifecycle for enterprise accounts, from initial provisioning to offboarding and churn management.
• Translate closed-won deals from Salesforce into correctly configured subscriptions in billing platforms like Stripe.
• Manage mid-cycle subscription changes including upgrades, downgrades, seat changes, and plan switches.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and billing issues raised by customers or Customer Success teams.
• Ensure revenue integrity by running periodic audits to verify billing matches contracted terms.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes by reconciling billing platforms with Finance records.
• Partner with Engineering to identify automation opportunities and build guardrails for faster, more accurate provisioning.

Requirements

• Proven experience in billing operations, subscription management, or revenue operations.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Stripe.
• Strong expertise in billing reconciliation and managing complex subscription lifecycles.
• Experience supporting month-end and quarter-end close processes.
• Ability to work effectively across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Engineering teams.
• High attention to detail and an obsession with data accuracy.
• Ability to operate within EST, CST, or PST timezones.
