Billing, Internal Services & Validation Clerk

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute bulk billing processes
• Document, archive, and dispatch invoices and credit notes
• Clarify open questions with patients, health insurance companies, and prescribers via telephone
• Review prescriptions and research missing data to ensure accuracy
• Maintain, create, and update master data
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning, sorting, and distribution
• Process incoming orders and manage internal distribution
• Monitor and order supplies and consumables
• Actively contribute to the design and continuous improvement of internal processes

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Proven professional experience in comparable administrative or billing roles
• High affinity for working with ERP and inventory management systems
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with KUMA is a plus
• Very good written and spoken German skills
• Proficiency in English is desirable
