Billing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage billing case queues and reconcile billing changes to the general ledger
• Ensure customers are billed accurately for services offered
• Issue and distribute invoices electronically on time
• Communicate cross-functionally to resolve billing issues and inquiries
• Maintain accurate customer information and payment records
• Support smooth billing operations in a fast-paced environment
• Assist the Billing Manager with organizational projects
• Track and embrace department KPIs to drive accountability

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or high-volume transactional environments
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience manipulating large datasets
• Experience identifying and resolving billing or data discrepancies
• Experience managing high-volume workflows or case queues
• Ability to independently diagnose issues and implement corrective actions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Valhalla/White Plains, NY 4–5 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with NetSuite
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Background in fintech, healthcare, or high-volume billing environments
• Experience working in cross-functional environments with competing priorities

• $60,000 – $75,000 annual base salary
