About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage cost control and coding/reconciling payments to JD Edwards
- Ensure accurate customer invoicing to reduce billing errors
- Prepare documentation for Accounts Receivable and Payable, including invoices and purchase orders
- Coordinate billing tasks among team members
- Assist with monthly job forecast updates and A/R management
- Manage client communications via calls and emails
- Perform administrative documentation control, including filing and distribution
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in accounting or relevant financial management (billing, A/R, etc.)
- Basic understanding of end-to-end financial processes and numerical aptitude
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Experience with JD Edwards
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Proficiency with PDF documents
