Billing Clerk

Responsibilities

• Perform IT-based billing for road and sewage construction projects in close cooperation with site management
• Create billable measurements, including on-site assessments and recording of additional services
• Prepare invoice attachments and compile documentation for performance reporting in a timely manner
• Document construction projects and track progress of services rendered
• Conduct GPS-supported surveying work

Requirements

• Completed training as a foreman in road or sewage construction, technical training, or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge of calculation and billing software such as iTWO or Card1 is desirable
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
• Possession of a valid driver's license
• Strong commitment and ability to work effectively within a team
