Billing Clerk

Responsibilities

• Process multiple sales orders based on services and deliveries provided to customers
• Reconcile service orders to ensure accurate and timely invoicing of eligible services
• Review adjustment requests and supporting documentation to ensure policy compliance
• Compile, validate, and reconcile third-party vendor invoices for accounts payable
• Execute daily and monthly revenue-generating system jobs
• Collaborate with internal partners in Collections, Operations, and Sales to resolve billing and credit issues
• Monitor workload to meet all deadlines and resolve system processing errors

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in billing, accounts payable/receivables, or a finance-related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for reports and business correspondence
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios
