Billing and Work Preparation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform work preparation, including quantity surveying and mass determination for orders
• Coordinate with subcontractors and assist site management
• Manage contract and payment processing for suppliers and subcontractors
• Handle the procurement of delivery and subcontractor services
• Create, document, and maintain measurement reports and performance records
• Conduct regular target-actual cost and performance comparisons
• Ensure timely billing of road construction projects in close cooperation with site management
• Compile billing documentation for post-calculation and performance reporting
• Manage equipment disposition and rental machinery

Requirements

• Completed training as a Bautechniker (Building Technician), a degree in Civil Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Commercial training with basic technical knowledge is also considered
• Knowledge of calculation and billing software such as RibITWO or Card1 is desirable
• Possession of a valid driver's license
• Strong commitment and ability to work effectively within a team
