Billing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform timely and accurate customer invoicing, revenue accounting, and billing for specified regions.
• Undertake on-time month-end book closing and reporting, including publishing MIS and schedules.
• Assist with internal and statutory audits by providing necessary data, documents, and comments.
• Ensure billing operations align with regional procedural/legislative controls and adhere to agreed SLAs and TAT.
• Follow and update Desktop Procedures to drive process efficiency and identify improvement areas.
• Review contracts and address client queries within defined service level agreements.

Requirements

• B.Com, BBA, M.Com, CA, MBA (Finance), or CMA degree.
• 2-3 years of experience in Finance and Accounting specifically within the Order to Cash (OTC) domain.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work night shifts.
• High degree of professional integrity and ability to work under stringent timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working specifically with Workday or SAP ECC/S4 Hana.
• Experience in transitioning or setting up accounting processes in a Shared Service Delivery Model.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting via trackers.
